Recruitment System Characteristics
Tugas I
"Coba uraikan karakteristik sebuah sistem (sistem Penerimaan Karyawan).

Explaination :
A system has certain characteristics or properties, which have:

a. Components. (Components)
Consisting of a number of components that interact with each other, and cooperate to form a unity.

b. Boundary System. (Boundary)
Is an area that limits the system with other systems or with the outside environment.

c. External Environment System. (Environments)
Whatever is beyond the limits of the system that affect the operation of the system.

d. Liaison. (Interface)
Is a media liaison between the subsystems, allowing resources to flow from one subsystem to other subsystems.

e. Enter. (Input)
Is the energy put into the system, which can be entered treatment (Maintenance input) and enter the signal (input signal).

f. Exodus. (Output)
Is the result of the energy is processed and classified into useful outputs and waste disposal.

g. Processing. (Process)
A system can have a processing section that will change the insert into the output.

h. Target. (Objective)
A system must have a purpose (goal) or target (objective).


CASE:
one of department in Hotel Borobudur (Front Office Department) need an employee to handling Japanese guest, because Front Office got a communication problem when handling guest check in, reservation staff tell about this problem to duty manager and the duty manager ask the director of rooms to hiring Japanese GRO.

Director of rooms ask to Human Resources Manager to hiring new worker, and the Human Resources starts to open the job vacancy, they publish it on newspaper and internet.
some candidates was called for an interview.

After an interviewed process, Human Resources Manager has a result which candidate who has a qualification for that job, and they start to introduce new employee to department head to interview and explain about a job description.

CONCLUSION:

1. The job application was received by the Human Resources Manager, we called it DATA ( input )
2. When they got a application, they start to call some candidate for an interview, that's a Process \
3. and the last of the step it's a Output, that's a result of an interview, and they got a people who deserve for that job.
